1) The overcurrent liquid temperature of direct coupled pumps shall not exceed 100 ℃, and the overcurrent liquid temperature of bearing bracket pumps shall not exceed 160 ℃.
2) Due to the lack of a material that is suitable for any medium, concentration, or temperature, the corrosiveness of the medium being transported by the user and the usage conditions should not exceed the applicable range of the pump material.
3) The technical data proposed for this product is measured using room temperature clean water as the medium. If the conveying medium is not room temperature clean water, the performance of the water pump will change. Users are advised to make appropriate adjustments

Installation instructions
(1) The connection of the conveying pipeline of the pump device, especially the connection of the input pipeline, must be reliably connected and well sealed.
(2) If the installation is above the suction liquid level, a bottom valve should be installed at the inlet of the suction pipe. HYLZ self-priming pump does not need to install a bottom valve in the suction pipe within the self-priming range.
(3) If the conveyed liquid is mixed with bamboo Wood Stone When dealing with hard objects such as metal that have a large or long body path, a filter screen must be installed at the inlet of the suction pipe to prevent the above-mentioned objects from being sucked into the pump, causing the impeller to get stuck and damaging the motor or water pump parts.
(4) The water pump device generally should have overload and short-circuit protection devices, such as fuses and overcurrent relays, and the positioning of the protection device should be adjusted according to the current on the motor nameplate.
Pump usage
(1) Before starting, the pump chamber should be filled with liquid to prevent insufficient liquid in the pump chamber before starting.
(2) Before use, it is necessary to confirm that the motor rotation is correct. The correct rotation direction for a semi open impeller structure pump is: when viewed from the rear of the motor, the motor fan blades should rotate clockwise. It is recommended to start the test with a jog.
(3) Before use, the bearing bracket of the water pump with bearing bracket should be lubricated with No. 30 lubricating oil, and the oil level should be kept below the centerline of the oil mirror, with only visible oil above it, and there should be a strict lack of oil Causing damage to the bearings.
(4) Attention should be paid to checking the condition of the shaft seal. If serious leakage is found, the machine should be stopped for repair to avoid liquid infiltration into the motor cavity and damage to the motor
Operational matters:
① Before starting, the pump chamber should be filled with liquid first, and it is strictly prohibited to start due to insufficient liquid in the pump chamber.
② Before use, it should be confirmed that the motor rotation is correct. The correct rotation direction for a semi open impeller structure pump is: when viewed from the rear of the motor, the motor fan blades should rotate clockwise. For a closed impeller structure pump, the correct rotation direction is: when viewed from the rear of the motor, the motor fan blades should rotate counterclockwise. It is recommended to start the test with an electric motor.
③ Before use, the bearing bracket type water pump should be filled with No. 30 lubricating oil in the bearing support frame cavity. The oil level should be kept below the centerline of the oil mirror, and only above the visible oil level. It is strictly prohibited to lack oil, which may cause damage to the bearings.
